Musician Quincy Jones Entertain Participants Summit ASEAN

Musicians jazz Quincy Jones from the United States will come to enliven the event of high-level conference (summit) of ASEAN. He is scheduled to perform on 20 November, or at the end of the summit agenda.

Quincy appeared in the series of music expo, which became part of the ASEAN Fair. The presence of Quincy is expected to entertain the ASEAN Summit participants.

Besides being a jazz musician, Quincy, who was born on March 14, 1933 was also known as a trumpet player, composer, and music arangger. In 1968, Jones and song writer Bob Russell became the first musician-blooded African-American nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Score for his work in 1967 in the movie In Cold Blood.
